AlfaOil 30-Day No Questions Asked Return Policy
We at AlfaOil value your satisfaction and want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your AlfaOil product, you can return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund, no questions asked.
Here are the simple steps to initiate your return:
- Contact our customer service team at support@alfa-oil.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please include your order number and email.
- Ship the product back to us using a shipping service of your choice. We recommend USPS due to cost. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, however, you will be refunded the FULL amount of your purchase for the returned product.
- Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will issue a full refund to the original form of payment within 5 business days.
Please note the following conditions:
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date to be eligible for a refund.
- Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the product only; shipping charges are non-refundable.
- This return policy is applicable only to products purchased directly from Alfa-oil.com. If you purchased your product from a third-party retailer, please refer to their return policy.
